Our goal is to always ensure that the show must go on and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that you and your project do not suffer due to change in resources.
Resource Replacement SLA
If the developer you work with decides to leave our company or if you want the developer to be replaced, we will replace the that developer/candidate within 15 days. Your project will not come to a screeching halt.
Resource Replacement Knowledge Transfer
To ensure that there is no loss of critical knowledge during transition from the old developer to a new one, we cover one week of overlap between the new dev and the existing dev for the knowledge transfer at no extra cost.
