1. Provision of the Services by Perennial Systems

Perennial Systems is committed to providing the best possible services to its clients. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.4 You agree that while Perennial Systems may not currently impose fixed limits on transmissions or storage, such limits may be implemented at any time at our discretion.

2.4 You shall not engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the services or the servers and networks connected to the services.

2.5 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the services without explicit permission from Perennial Systems.

2.6 You accept sole responsibility for any breach of your obligations under these terms and the consequences of such breaches.

3.2 Perennial Systems shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
