Some weeks bring us together outside our usual work routines, and then there are weeks like Stack Week that remind us how much fun it is to be together.
Last week, our annual Stack Week brought colleagues from across teams under one roof, including teammates who usually work from home. With “Evolving Together” as this year’s theme, we spent the week getting to know each other better, trying new things, cheering each other on, and making memories that will stay with us long after we’re back to our regular workdays.
And we made sure every moment counted!

From Work-From-Home Looks to Team Spirit
We kicked things off with Couch to Corporate, a fun take on our everyday video calls. Corporate on top, comfort mode below! It was a hilarious start to the week and a reminder of how many of us show up on those work calls every day.
The excitement continued with the much-awaited PPL auction, where teams bid for their players and built their squads for the Perennial Premier League. There was plenty of planning, bargaining, and friendly competition as everyone tried to put together their winning team.

Celebrating How Far We’ve Come, Together
Our Townhall and Rewards & Recognition gathering brought a whole mix of emotions: excitement, nervousness, happy tears, and plenty of proud moments as we celebrated the people and achievements that shaped our year.
During the Townhall, we also took a step back to look at how far we’ve come as an organization, the goals we achieved together, and what we’re working towards in the year ahead. It was a chance for everyone to see the bigger picture, celebrate the progress we’ve made, and get excited about what’s next.
The biggest surprise of the day was the launch of our very own Perennial anthem, Evolving Together. Nobody quite expected it, and the moment the song played, the surprise quickly turned into smiles and everyone singing along. Seeing the whole room join in made the launch even more special. After all, it’s not every day that your workplace gets its own anthem!
When the Office Got a Little Spooky!
Who said a regular workday couldn't turn into something completely unexpected? After 5 PM, the Halloween vibe took over, and the office transformed into a space full of spooky makeovers, creative team skits, and some seriously impressive performances.
Some people needed absolutely no convincing to get on stage and show off their skills, while others needed a little push from their teammates before they finally joined in. And once they did, there was no stopping them! From people surprising everyone with their performances to teams putting together skits that had the whole room watching, the evening brought out sides of our colleagues we don't always get to see at work.
Let's just say, some hidden talents weren't so hidden anymore!

Bringing Out Our Inner Champions
The Perennial Premier League took the excitement to the turf, where all the auction-day planning finally came to life. Teams came ready to play, teammates cheered from the sidelines, and every match brought its own share of competition, banter, and celebrations.
Everyone wanted their team to win, and nobody was shy about making their opinions heard! But beyond the scores, it was fun to see colleagues who usually work together sitting on opposite sides, competing hard, and then going right back to cheering for one another.
The day ended with the winning team lifting the trophy, the runners-up taking home their medals, and individual players being recognized for their performances, from the best batters and bowlers to the standout fielders. There were plenty of proud faces, a few bragging rights earned, and already enough material for next year's team banter!

Diwali Came Early at Perennial
With the entire Perennial family together, it only felt right to celebrate Diwali a little early. The office was filled with traditional outfits, festive colours, and the excitement of exchanging Diwali gifts. Everyone looked their festive best, and the whole place had a different kind of energy.
The celebrations got even livelier with Tambola. Every number had people hoping for a win, and anyone who won a prize had to dance or perform to claim it! Some were ready with their moves, while others needed a little encouragement from the crowd. Either way, nobody was getting away without a little fun.
We wrapped up the celebrations with music, dancing, and everyone singing along to our new Perennial anthem. After a week full of different activities, it was lovely to end with everyone in the same room, enjoying the moment together.

And Just Like That, Another Stack Week!
Stack Week is an annual tradition, but what makes it special is the feeling it leaves behind. It's the chance to know the people behind the work a little better, discover talents we never knew our teammates had, and spend time together without the usual workday rush.
We came together as colleagues, but left with more stories to share, more inside jokes, and a few new memories to bring up long after the week was over.
And of course, we'll be talking about the PPL matches, Halloween performances, and Tambola winners for quite some time!
That's what Stack Week at perennial felt like, and we can't wait to do it all over again next year.
