About you: As a Human Resource Recruiter, you are responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You achieve all this by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as by developing new, creative recruiting ideas. You also play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Who you are: Demonstrated strengths in J2EE MVC frameworks like Struts / Spring
What you will do: Your specific duties in this role will include:
• Develop & Execute recruitment Plan:
a) Working with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
b) Creating job description(s).
c) Leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
d) Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
e) Conduction of regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
f) Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
g) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
h) Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
i) Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment:
a) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
b) Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
c) Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
d) Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Network Through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees:
a) Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
b) Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
c) Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
d) Create contacts within industry.
e) Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
f) Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Administrative Duties and Record Keeping:
a) Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
b) Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
c) Conduct prescreening interviews.
d) Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
e) Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
f) Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
g) Referral Management.
Selection Process: The selection process will comprise of Face-to-face round of interview followed by the Final HR round.
